The authorization code is limited to you/this company, and it may not be transferred, rented or sub-authorized without written permission.

This authorization is a valid subscription, and it needs to be renewed after expiration before it can be continued to use; Renewal rules will be stated in advance.

Once the activation code is activated and can be used normally, no refund will be given without reason; However, if there are quality defects, unusability or false publicity, it can be returned/refunded according to the statutory rules.

There may be a few non-fundamental bugs in the software, which we will fix through updates; If it cannot be used properly due to serious bugs, users have the right to request repair, replacement or refund.
